The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States.

We have full-time openings!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Create excellent experiences for every guest
  2. Perform high quality services – lashes, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading
  3. Educate guests
  4. Promote products and memberships
  5. Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
  6. Team player, pursuing continued growth in the art of lashing
  7. Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. Prior eyelash extension experience
  2. Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
  3. Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
  4. Reliable with a consistent work record
  5. Initiates self-learning

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

WHAT WE DO:

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers.
