Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer and Graphic Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design and creative projects

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and mobile-first principles
- Detail-oriented with a focus on creating polished and pixel-perfect designs
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with print and digital design best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Fort Collins, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- From concept to execution, the Web Designer and Graphic Artist will play a key role in shaping our online presence and brand identity across various platforms ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing and intuitive website layouts and interfaces
- Create visually engaging graphics for print and digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms
- Develop and present design concepts, incorporating feedback to produce the final product
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments
- Stay informed about web accessibility standards and implement inclusive design practices
- Provide creative input and suggestions for various projects
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
