Responsibilities

• Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical requests.
• Support daily AV operations, break fix, and business.
• Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio visual operation and event support.
• Assist on setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
• Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions.
• Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in the office and client site.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing, and/or onsite audio-visual support.
• Ability to perform basic AV related testing and troubleshooting for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and LCD/Plasma Displays, etc.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Working hours: 5 days work week (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
