WHAT THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROLE ENTAILS
As our Community Manager, you will play a vital role in maximizing the performance and value of our properties in Salem, Keizer, and Aumsville, OR. You will oversee 5-6 properties with approximately 100 units total. You'll be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive resident experience from move-in to move-out. Your responsibilities include managing property cleanliness and curb appeal, overseeing maintenance tasks, and assisting with leasing and rent collection. You'll collaborate on property capital improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Regular property visits and community meetings will be essential to maintaining a high standard of community living. Your dedication and leadership will help build a strong sense of community and enhance the overall resident experience!
