DE.M.CO Group is looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join our digital communication team. As a Community Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, with the mission of energizing our online community and continually improving our brand image on the web.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and manage the fan community on various online communication channels, creating active and engaging dialogue.
  • Design and share captivating content (articles, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and strengthen the brand’s online presence.
  • Implement paid search advertising (SEA) campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and identify new digital trends to stay ahead.
  • Analyze the performance of digital actions through statistical reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a global digital strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and actively participate in improving the brand image.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communication, or similar, with a strong digital component.
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in managing online communities and creating engaging content.
  • Mastery of e-marketing tools and techniques, with an in-depth knowledge of social networks.
  • Creative mind capable of proposing original campaigns and reacting quickly to trends.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with particular attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team, establish trusted relationships with communities, and drive engagement.
