POSITION SUMMARY:
This role oversees the community efficiently and profitably, fostering satisfaction and well-being among residents and associates, consistent with company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resident Relations + Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive experience for the entire resident life-cycle.
- Implement a system for providing necessary services to residents.
- Serve as an advocate for residents by effectively communicating concerns.
- Responsible for all resident events and retention programs.
- Maintain a secured confidential file for each resident.
- Fiduciary:
- Understand the financial health of the assigned community.
- Produce financial growth through marketing and leasing.
- Manage and execute all budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
- Prepare and produce monthly reports and financials accurately and timely.
- Staff Leadership:
- Challenge team members to achieve higher performance levels.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site operations.
- Promote high-performing team execution through regular feedback.
- Ensure effective communication with residents and team members.
- Adherence to Property Management Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines:
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Meet compliance and eligibility requirements.
- Respond to any potential housing violations.
- Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- This position works within the community, accessing residents' units as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
- 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
- Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
