As our portfolio continues to grow, so do our Community Teams! Mark-Taylor is hiring Community Managers at multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.

As a Community Manager, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
  • Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:

  • 1+ years people management experience.
  • 1+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting.
  • Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
  • Lease up experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable.
  • A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

The starting rate of pay for Manager of Community Operations is $65,000, commensurate with experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance.
