General Description: As a Content Creator, you will produce original content and creative assets for various channels, while enhancing our overall brand strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including social media images, website graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
- Obtain approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and business objectives.
- Assist in designing and formatting marketing collateral such as presentations, email templates, eBooks, and newsletters.
- Create and refine design drafts, storyboards, and prototypes for internal review and feedback.
- Stay current with design trends and conduct research to inspire and inform creative projects.
- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually appealing and professional content.
- Help establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all visual elements are consistent across various channels.
- Photograph and edit social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Film and edit social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Aid in planning and coordinating visual aspects of promotional events to maintain brand coherence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or certifications in the specialty
- Experience with social media marketing or content development
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools like Canva
- Advanced knowledge with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Copywriting skills
- Great ability for crafting engaging content with a professional camera or mobile device
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of motion graphic software
- Understanding of branding concepts and the ability to translate them effectively across multiple marketing touchpoints
