Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a cohesive, scalable practice dedicated to the development and enhancement of multi-media content across diverse channels encompassing email, web, and print
- Design and execute a content marketing strategy and delivery architecture that serves the needs of our audiences, producing content that reinforces LL Flooring’s expertise and distinct point-of-view as a leader in the hard-surface flooring industry
- Develop and manage the enterprise content roadmap / editorial calendar that includes earned, owned, and paid content programs, ensuring alignment to customer segments and their journeys
- Contribute to the enterprise roadmap for the future growth of all platforms and channels that support or depend on content
- Build a content team (and/or outsourced capability) with strong writing, editorial, creative, and production expertise
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team and external partners to ensure content approach and activity is creative, compelling, and coordinated
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, as well as optimized for search and user experience across all channels
- Set clear KPIs for content quality and effectiveness and lead the team towards demonstrable improvement in these success metrics
- Work with analytics to create reporting for consumption by business partners and executives
- Oversee the brand’s online reputation management
- Build, maintain, and manage a positive online presence and reputation for the company by monitoring and analyzing online content
