What you´ll do
- Create digital first content in multiple dimensions and formats based on final creative direction for all channels, brand website, mobile sites, partner sites (i.e. online retailers and online advertisers), as well as social apps in collaboration with digital marketing and e-commerce teams.
- Support in creating digital content (p-page assets, digital advertising, monthly emails, etc.) for campaign launches and 360 marketing initiatives.
- Storyboard and edit captivating one-off short form video content, as well as long form inspirational content to support marketing initiatives, such as product launches, education, and overall brand awareness.
- Amazon brand store design: Scheduled updates to flow, UX, and execution of all assets in Figma.
- Help refine the overall design process to reflect user experience and technical requirements for different channels, including web, social, mobile, and to a lesser degree, print.
- Maintain design standards, guidelines and best practices across asset and file management.
- Assist with the art direction of primary and secondary photoshoots with a digital first mindset.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience working for a brand, agency, or retailer.
- Proven track record as a creative in the beauty, CPG, apparel or lifestyle industry experience a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Working experience with project management software.
- Working knowledge of print file management is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy.
- Interest in typography and creating clear and elegant visual hierarchy.
- Must be able to understand business needs/marketing direction and interpret them effectively.
- Flexible mindset and be open to creative feedback and willing to interpret it in real-time.
- Must be able to communicate ideas effectively to senior manager and leadership.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
