What you’ll do:
You will be the strategic mastermind behind our product-led growth initiatives, focusing on first-use and nurture advocacy for our product experiences. Your role will be crucial in shaping how teams approach onboarding, user education, and long-term engagement. You'll work closely with product, customer success, sales, and content creation teams to develop and implement strategies that turn users into advocates.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in user experience strategy, digital adoption, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving user adoption and engagement through strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and strategy development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and digital adoption platforms
- Familiarity with user onboarding best practices and engagement metrics
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term user success and business growth
Expectations and tasks:
- Develop comprehensive strategies for user onboarding, engagement, and digital adoption
- Consult content teams in creating effective onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and educational resources
- Work with customer success teams to identify opportunities for improving user adoption and reducing churn
- Analyze user behavior data to inform strategy and measure the impact of advocacy initiatives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align teams around product-led growth principles
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant user community and encourage peer-to-peer learning
- Create frameworks and best practices for teams to follow when developing user onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends in product-led growth, digital adoption, and user engagement strategies

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 136300 - 283400(USD) USD.
