Responsibilities

1. Enough experience on documents such as User Manual, API Document, SRS, Database design, Document Versioning, UML Diagrams, MS Office, MS Visio, Snagit.
2. Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for API endpoints, including technical specifications, usage examples, and troubleshooting guides.
4. Create example code snippets and sample applications to demonstrate API usage.
5. Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and updates, ensuring all documentation reflects the latest changes.
6. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
7. Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.
8. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
9. Analyze functional and technical specifications.
10. Work with clients as well as the development team to understand project requirements, translate them to technical specifications, and define them for development and implementation teams.
11. Maintain records and documents with revisions.
12. Having strong writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into our documentation processes.

Desired Skills
