This position is preferred DFW with our hybrid in-office schedule of Tuesday-Thursday if you are within 40 miles of our HQ; we will consider remote employees outside of that scope.
The Content Marketing Manager oversees Trintech’s marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer experiences. This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement. The position collaborates across Trintech’s marketing team to define both the brand story and value proposition of Trintech solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and contribute to the overall business objectives. The candidate needs to keep abreast of industry trends, B2B content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the content marketing function for the Trintech brand and product portfolio.
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person. This is to be done for each buyer persona across all target verticals.
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.
- The development of a solution-specific content calendar, aligned to the solution roadmap and campaign calendar.
- Ownership over the development and publication of product and vertical key messaging to help support key strategic business objectives, working closely with sales and product marketing team.
- Integration of content activities across corporate marketing and demand generation campaigns.
- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results.
- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines, integrating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and reach. Monitor and improve content performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.
- Conducting periodic competitive content audits.
- Work closely with the creative team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- University degree in business, communications or marketing.
- Minimum 5-7 years demonstrable content marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command for the English language. Multi-lingual is a plus.
- A writer and a storyteller. The ability to create engaging stories using words and images.
- A project manager. You are able to manage a number of complex projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
- A content-repurposing guru. You have the ability to revitalize top-performing content in new and unique ways to drive incremental value.
- A B2B content marketer. You understand where content fits into the B2B marketing funnel, how to measure the ROI and communicate the results.
- Tech-savvy. In this role you must be able to work with multiple technology platforms including Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo), Content Management Systems (Mediafly and WordPress) and more to publish and promote content across all channels.
- An executor. Execution is imperative on this high-performing team.

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $84,700 - $114,400 plus applicable bonus.
