Job Description:

Learning Objectives:

The Creative Arts office has a unique opportunity for three students who are passionate about the arts. Primary responsibilities will be staffing the front desk area to greet visitors, answering phones, assisting with light office duties, and helping out at recruiting events. This position will assist with creative arts events. Position is open to all creative arts students as well as any student who loves the arts.

  • Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
  • Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
  • Successfully pass background/drug screening;
  • Answer phone and take messages;
  • Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing;
  • Open and sort mail;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn new technology;
  • Assist with special projects;
  • Other duties as assigned.
