Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy.
• Create engaging and shareable content across platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities and campaigns.
• Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate innovative approaches into social media strategies.
• Foster community engagement and respond to audience interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including graphic design and copywriting.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
