Video Host/Content Creator – Firearms Industry

AT3 Tactical is a growing Minnesota-based manufacturer and ecommerce retailer of firearms parts and accessories.

We’re looking for a Video Host/Content Creator who will create video content (long-form and short-form) for our rapidly growing YouTube channel and social media accounts.

This position is based at our facility in St Michael, MN.

We will consider both full-time and part-time candidates.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced on camera – you have experience in creating engaging content and you’re comfortable and confident on camera
• Passionate about firearms – you love learning about, talking about, and shooting guns!
• Collaborative – you can work with your videography team to create an excellent final product
• Reliable – you’re able to meet deadlines for script creation and filming

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the video team in content calendar creation
• Create well-researched video scripts based on our content calendar
• Collaborate with marketing team and other teams to understand business needs and account for them in video
• Create video titles and thumbnail ideas
• Drive improvement by understanding what types of content work best with our audience (both short-form and long-form video)
• Serve as on-camera talent in performing video scripts
• Collaborate with the videography team in completing edits and B-roll, and creating an excellent final product
• Create video descriptions and annotations
• Analyze key video metrics to drive improvement
• Interact with social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram.
• Create organic posts that drive engagement from our community
• Create social media content for posting by the social team
• Reply to comments on videos
• Participate in video team meetings
• Other duties as needed
