Full Time and Part Time Designer – Naples, Florida
If you have a passion for interior design and the innate ability to connect with people and build rapport, we’d love to meet you! We’re hiring for our Naples location, which is slated to open in February 2025 (Training starts January 2025). Compensation is 100% commission after initial on-boarding period. Designers will visit client homes to complete home consultations on a regular basis, therefore you will need access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. You must be comfortable with technology and can learn new systems. - Easily connect with others through conversations that they engage and inspire.
- Have the ability to form relationships by building rapport and establishing themselves as a trusted expert who can guide their client through the design process.
- Have impeccable time management skills and balance multiple projects and responsibilities at once.
- Have an understanding that they must sell their design and trust in the Smithe-selling process and lead the sale to its natural conclusion by asking the client to buy.
- Embrace technology and its use to aid in the design and sales process and are willing to learn new techniques and resources.
- Thrive in entrepreneurial environments where they are expected to meet and exceed monthly sales goals and where their compensation is uncapped, and performance based.
- Be developmentally-focused and willing to grow through unique training opportunities – including new hire training, special certifications, or advanced ongoing development.
