Responsibilities
- Create visual and conceptual designs that communicate Brookdale’s message and product lines targeting various audiences across multi-media channels.
- Develop creative assets for a wide range of creative projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Build creative concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout remaining within brand guidelines.
- Create templates and layouts based on creative briefs and direction from the senior brand designer.
- Design and animate on-brand motion graphics, and other creative materials for all marketing and corporate channels.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials, including but not limited to, web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices using a content management system.
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
- Adjust artwork to meet media specifications for various media channels.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Design (i.e. interaction, graphic, visual communications) or other related field required. Minimum three years’ experience in designing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements: Must have a working knowledge of MAC operating systems and Adobe Creative Suites. Experience with Figma and Bannerly or related digital ad building and animation software not required but a good addition.

Salary Range Information
$58,230 - $74,180 / year
