The Talent Content and Event Planner (or Senior Talent Planner, depending on experience) supports all departments within the Talent function: Talent Acquisition, Culture, Inclusion and Engagement (CEI), and Talent Management. This includes performance management, learning & development, leadership, and talent planning. You will play a pivotal role in supporting talent initiatives, events, programs and content management, including Fluence University, Manager In Fluence SharePoint, LinkedIn Learning and others. You will work collaboratively with members of the talent function, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise and HRIT. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to support and grow in all disciplines within the Talent function and gain global experience.

This role requires a high level of self-management, effective visual, written and spoken communication skills, organization, adaptability, collaboration across diverse teams and time zones, and a keen focus on executing programs flawlessly. As the Talent Planner, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Fluence University and Manager In Fluence SharePoint sites will become the primary hubs for employee and manager learning, performance, CE&I, TA and other HR content. This role will partner with internal experts and our learning vendors to ensure the content stays fresh and relevant. It will also be the primary learning coordinator supporting training and leadership Program set up, follow up, and maintenance.
  • Does helping create stronger connections, culture, and collaboration in local offices across the US energize you? In partnership with Head of CE&I, local leaders and Employee Resource Group (ERG) teams, plan, coordinate and ensure successful employee or in-office events. Schedule rooms, travel, work with vendors and caterers, ensure meeting spaces are prepared ahead of time, and provide any close out or follow up activities as needed.
  • Is HR your groove? Partner with key HR Stakeholders to support rollout of key Talent Initiatives in TA, CE&I, Learning and Performance.
  • Responsibilities can include project coordination, reporting, budget maintenance, scheduling, user acceptance testing, and other responsibilities as needed. TA operations can involve reporting, assisting with candidate flow, or other responsibilities as needed.
  • Support On-Boarding as needed.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
  • Associate’s degree with strong organization skills, ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, and collaboration. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Planning, Content creation or related field.
  • Ability to update Share Point content like an “influencer for employees” and execute events preferred.
  • Experience with HR, scheduling, learning, events, and Workday preferred.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
