Position Overview:
As an Event Staff Member, you will assist with event setup, guest services, and safety. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to guests before, during, and after events.
2. Assist with event setup, seating, signage, and teardown.
3. Direct guests to their seats and answer event-related questions.
4. Assist with ticket scanning and crowd control.
5. Enforce safety protocols and arena policies.
6. Report any issues or hazards to management.
7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout events.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous customer service or event experience preferred.
3. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
5. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
6. Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
