Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create designs that capture the attention of our target audience and communicate our brand messaging. Your responsibilities will include determining project requirements and budget constraints, presenting rough drafts to the CEO, and collaborating with them to create the finished product. The ideal candidate is highly creative, with a strong portfolio and passion.

Responsibilities:

1. Study design briefs
2. Understand the scope and requirements of the project
3. Create a schedule of project milestones
4. Prepare rough drafts and present them to clients
5. Refine design using computer software
6. Knowledge of OBS
7. Computer graphic interface
8. Video Design
9. Animations
10. Live streaming integration

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred
2. Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role is preferred
3. A strong portfolio of published works
4. Skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and other design software
5. Highly creative with an eye for detail
6. Strong knowledge of the sports memorabilia and trading card market
7. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during live events and special promotions

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with livestream platforms like Whatnot, TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, or Instagram Live
2. Experience in influencer marketing and managing partnerships with creators
3. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere) for content creation
4. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar
