About the Candidate:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will primarily focus on presentation design, creating stunning visuals for proposals, marketing materials, and production design for printed assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in these areas and a passion for delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand standards.

About the Position:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in day-to-day creative operations, reporting to our Design Director. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with poise and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Presentation Design: Develop engaging and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote that effectively communicate key messages.
  2. Creative Assets for Proposals: Create high-quality stage design renders, screen graphics, and other visual elements to enhance proposal documents and presentations.
  3. Marketing Materials: Design a variety of marketing materials including social media graphics, educational content, and promotional presentations.
  4. Production Design: Develop printed assets for scenic elements and branding materials, ensuring consistency and high production standards that align with the client’s brand standards.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Director and Bright AV team members to understand project requirements, implement feedback and revisions, and deliver designs that meet project objectives.
  6. Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
  7. Other: Additional creative skills are a bonus to support things like video editing and animation using Adobe productions. This is not a requirement, but nice to have and should be noted in the application process.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational and creative skills.
  2. Awareness of presentation design and event graphic design.
  3. Experience with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, Keynote, or other industry-standard applications.
  4. Tech-savvy and proficient in the modern digital ecosystem.
  5. Final candidates will be subjected to background checks.
  6. Willingness to work hours to accommodate time differences while ensuring timely communication.
  7. Personal work laptop required.

Job Type: Full Time - Remote

Compensation: Final offers are commensurate with prior experience and your specific skill set.
