McGough is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Communications team located at our headquarters in Roseville, MN. The graphic designer must have creative and technical skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and can collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
In this role, you will help design and create both print and digital marketing materials for a variety of platforms. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other graphic design applications. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-4+ years of professional design experience
- 2-4+ years graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while multi-tasking
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Create and/or manage a variety of print assets, such as advertisements, invitations, site signage, billboards, event graphics, flyers, brochures, and other print collateral
- Develop a variety of graphics and digital assets for print, web, social media, video, and PowerPoint presentations
- Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions
- Knowledge of current social and digital media trends
- Contribute ideas for new and existing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with print production of brochures, books, and more
- Familiarity with industry standards for color profiles and image resolution
- Collaborate with the team on internal and external communications or media-related projects, including video, newsletters, email, social, and web
- Uphold company brand guidelines while keeping content fresh and innovative
- Open to constructive critique and feedback
- Able to work independently and as part of our team
- Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while multi-tasking
- Interest in working in the corporate office environment with some flexibility
Skills:
- Advanced working knowledge of print and web Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.)
- Photography skills highly desired, including knowledge of studio lighting, equipment needs, etc.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; digital illustration skills a plus
- Self-starter who can take artistic direction, absorb it quickly, and consistently contribute ideas
