General Purpose/Summary of Job:

This graphic design role supports all departments of the Company, spearheading the creation of branded marketing materials. This business-to-business role will have a keen understanding of the real estate industry, provide market research and analysis support, provide targeted marketing material direction and participate in internal meetings and manage agencies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage simultaneous rebranding projects including conception, design and execution alongside internal marketing colleagues.
2. Customize leasing materials across entire portfolio for prospective tenants.
3. Art direction of customized renderings and geographic mapping.
4. Track trends in the industry.
5. Conduct demographic analysis and lead research efforts.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graphic design background required.
2. Proficiency and strong working knowledge of desktop publishing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on PC.
3. Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, desired but not mandatory.
4. Familiarity with mass email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
6. Be able to work independently and make decisions within the duties of the position.
7. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
8. Real Estate and Architectural background preferred.

Education/Experience:

1. 3+ years experience in related field.
2. Office work with computers, copiers, and scanners. Please note this is an in-person role.

The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
