Jockey is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Graphic Designer will work with the team to provide inspiring, conceptual solutions for a variety of creative and production-oriented projects, including print, displays, collateral, in-store advertising, digital graphics, packaging projects, and identity development.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide inspiring, conceptual solutions for creative and production-oriented projects, helping to elevate the Jockey brand.
• Deliver high-quality artwork to stakeholders on time and within budget.
• Create innovative solutions for projects within brand guidelines.
• Produce reproduction-ready artwork including image retouching direction, color calibration, and completing file quality checks.
• Prepare files for digital and offset printing.
• Manage projects and troubleshoot issues with third-party vendors and in-house clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives for each project.
• Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
• Deliver work under tight time constraints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Ability to articulate creative concepts and provide quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mac OS.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
