This role reports to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing Manager and Proposal Coordinators to produce creative, high-quality designs for proposal/qualification packages and other marketing materials in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Primary tasks include designing graphics/layouts for:
  • Proposal/qualification packages
  • Brochures
  • Internal/external newsletters
  • Advertisements
  • Websites
  • Social media
  • Flyers
  • Banners
  • Tradeshows
  • Assist with reproduction of marketing materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or closely related discipline
• 1-4 years of graphic design experience
• Expert in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Exceptionally creative and inventive
• Can manage assigned work tasks from conception to completion
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Cooperative and hard working

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
