We have an opportunity available for an experienced graphic design professional to join our growing marketing team. Our Graphic Designer will support the production of graphics firm-wide on client-focused efforts like project pursuits and interviews, as well as a variety of internal corporate projects. Our Graphic Designer will help create presentation strategy and creatively tell stories using exceptional graphics.

Our qualified Graphic Designer will develop and cultivate internal working relationships and collaborate with the other members of the marketing and communications team to keep firm marketing materials current. Successful candidates will have superior communication and design skills, experience prioritizing multiple deadlines, and a passion for timelines and details.

Graphic Designer responsibilities may include:

  • Design graphics for a variety of templates, proposals, corporate marketing materials, and internal and external campaigns.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members across various disciplines and offices to keep marketing materials up to date including resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the development of engaging presentation content tailored for project interviews.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing and communications team to execute graphics for campaigns and special initiatives.
  • Maintain brand standard guidelines to support brand identity on all marketing materials.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks to support the team.

We are considering candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of graphic design and marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
  • A background with an emphasis in professional services consulting (engineering, architecture, construction, real estate development) is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Thrive in a work culture that has a balance of self-directed work as well as team collaboration.
