Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer

Position Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Directors

THE ROLE:

We are recruiting a Marketing / Graphic Designer to drive marketing initiatives for Bohemian Traders. The main objectives of the Marketing / Graphic Design role are to assist in building brand awareness globally and attract and convert new audiences. Working closely with the Creative Director of Bohemian Traders, you will develop and deliver the marketing activity calendar to achieve the commercial and marketing KPIs. You will assist in ownership of the marketing budget and oversee one to two direct reports (Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Must have strong graphic design output, from seasonal go-to-market direction to consumer-facing materials.
  2. Support the graphic layups across Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for GTM creation.
  3. Digital Marketing: Development of digital marketing plans (PMAX, SEO, etc.) working with the marketing assistant to execute.
  4. Liaise with the design team regarding graphic design, specifically in the creation of fonts and seasonal art.
  5. Graphics for social media, EDMs, homepages, POS, and catalogue creation.
  6. Influencer/Model contract negotiations and management.
  7. Community engagement across social platforms and brand objectives.
  8. Brand Marketing: Developing brand plans including seasonal calendars and brand initiatives.
  9. Overseeing and managing the global and regional marketing budget.
  10. Social, PR, and marketing reporting.
  11. Creating local and international wholesale assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2+ years marketing and digital experience (DTC ecommerce essential and ideally some wholesale experience).
  2. High-level capabilities in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to support the creative team.
  3. Solid experience in digital campaign delivery; Meta, TikTok, SEO/SEM, EDMs.
  4. A connection and understanding of fashion and/or lifestyle brands.
  5. Finger on the pulse for new brands, trends, viral content, emerging influencers, etc.
  6. Some experience in media pitching, press release writing, and influencer management helpful but not essential.
  7. Some partnership and brand collaboration experience ideally.
  8. Genuine nature, human-centric and collaborative.
  9. Ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
