We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic SMM Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

As we continue to enhance our brand presence across social media platforms, we need an individual with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of social media marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and content that engage and resonate with our audience, driving brand awareness and enhancing our digital footprint.

What we expect of you:

1. Development of design layouts for SMM (dynamic and static).
2. Additionally, you may need help developing advertising banners, infographics, and presentations.

What we’re after:

1. Attention to detail (pixel perfect), creative thinking, diligence and accuracy on deadlines.
2. Understand the features of social networks, adapt the graphic content for a particular platform.
3. Current trends in digital design.
4. Composition, coloristics, good work with typography.
5. Principles of psychology of perception of visual information.
6. Multitasking, the ability to run several projects in parallel.
7. Self-development, professional development.
8. Proficiency in editors: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects.
9. Performance: we need a constant stream of new creatives, without failures and delays.
10. Independence: to offer ideas and carefully check the information when submitting finished materials.
11. The presence of a portfolio is MANDATORY.
12. It will be a big plus: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, knowledge of English at least intermediate (B1), working with neural networks - Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
