Description:
ABMC is searching for a Strategist to join their Influencer Marketing team across beauty and lifestyle business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster strong relationships with influencers while maximizing brand visibility and engagement. Your expertise in social media trends, analytics, and creative storytelling will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our diverse portfolio.
Likely brands include: Kraft Heinz Portfolio, Charlotte Tilbury, Aveeno and various short term beauty/lifestyle client work
Ideal start date: January 2025
Office requirements: Hybrid, 2 days a week (Tues, Wed)
Salary range: $95K-$130K
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences (earned and paid).
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, coordinating with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and stakeholders to optimize future initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members (~3-8), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with influencers effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr, AspireIQ, or similar), as well as social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with an understanding of audience engagement and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an IAT-model.
- Experience executing US campaigns, with global experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable presenting in front of large groups and representing the agency at meetings with clients, agency partners, and marketing teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Experience overseeing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (earned and paid - i.e., TikTok, Meta, streaming, etc.)
