Description:
Linda Gaunt Communications (LGC) is a full service strategic communications, marketing and public relations agency that specializes in fashion, luxury and lifestyle. We are seeking candidates for the Manager role within our Digital team, supporting senior-level staff across our best-in-class digital, fashion, retail, and lifestyle clients.
The ideal candidate would be joining a quickly growing team and should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and digital and influencer obsessed. Based in New York, the Manager will report to the Senior Digital Director.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key team member for a number of brands across fashion, retail and lifestyle, helping to facilitate overall excellence in output to the client.
- Ideate and collaborate with the Senior Digital Director on ongoing strategies for campaign opportunities, gifting requests, brand activations, experiential marketing, and more for clients.
- Lead conversations with agents and influencers in support of campaigns, gifting opportunities, events, projects, and more, acting as the liaison between brand and talent.
- Manage the development of influencer lists for all ongoing campaigns, events, projects, and more.
- Continue to build overall rapport with influencers and agencies.
- Monitor and circulate social media coverage for all campaigns and gifting opportunities.
- Compile and execute reports to respective clients, including but not limited to weeklies, monthlies, seedings, special projects, and event recaps.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Director on the overall strategy for LGC’s owned social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Manage digital assets – create and organize client assets for outreach and digital publishing on LGC’s owned social media channels.
- Assist with event organization, logistics, and on-site responsibilities.
- Serve as a digital expert; Monitor and advise clients and internal teams on emerging trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience, ideally with relevant brands across digital, fashion, luxury and lifestyle spaces; Agency experience a plus.
- Superior knowledge of social media platform algorithms and trends.
- Strong knowledge of and significant interest in the overall influencer marketing space.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and concisely communicate ideas to clients, influencers, media and team members.
- Strong deck-building skills, a keen eye for details, and writing skills are essential.
- Possession of a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude, ambitious team player.
