Description:

Linda Gaunt Communications (LGC) is a full service strategic communications, marketing and public relations agency that specializes in fashion, luxury and lifestyle. We are seeking candidates for the Manager role within our Digital team, supporting senior-level staff across our best-in-class digital, fashion, retail, and lifestyle clients.

The ideal candidate would be joining a quickly growing team and should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and digital and influencer obsessed. Based in New York, the Manager will report to the Senior Digital Director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a key team member for a number of brands across fashion, retail and lifestyle, helping to facilitate overall excellence in output to the client.
  2. Ideate and collaborate with the Senior Digital Director on ongoing strategies for campaign opportunities, gifting requests, brand activations, experiential marketing, and more for clients.
  3. Lead conversations with agents and influencers in support of campaigns, gifting opportunities, events, projects, and more, acting as the liaison between brand and talent.
  4. Manage the development of influencer lists for all ongoing campaigns, events, projects, and more.
  5. Continue to build overall rapport with influencers and agencies.
  6. Monitor and circulate social media coverage for all campaigns and gifting opportunities.
  7. Compile and execute reports to respective clients, including but not limited to weeklies, monthlies, seedings, special projects, and event recaps.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Director on the overall strategy for LGC’s owned social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
  9. Manage digital assets – create and organize client assets for outreach and digital publishing on LGC’s owned social media channels.
  10. Assist with event organization, logistics, and on-site responsibilities.
  11. Serve as a digital expert; Monitor and advise clients and internal teams on emerging trends.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum three years experience, ideally with relevant brands across digital, fashion, luxury and lifestyle spaces; Agency experience a plus.
  2. Superior knowledge of social media platform algorithms and trends.
  3. Strong knowledge of and significant interest in the overall influencer marketing space.
  4. Understanding of and ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and concisely communicate ideas to clients, influencers, media and team members.
  6. Strong deck-building skills, a keen eye for details, and writing skills are essential.
  7. Possession of a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.
  8. Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. Ability to work efficiently, prioritize and multitask.
  10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  11. Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude, ambitious team player.
