Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various multimedia platforms, including written articles, videos, podcasts, and social media. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content, including articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
• Research and Reporting: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics, interview sources, and gather relevant information to create accurate and compelling stories.
• Multimedia Production: Utilize multimedia tools and software to edit and enhance content, ensuring it meets the company's standards and audience expectations.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by posting engaging content and interacting with followers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas and align with the company’s overall content strategy.
• Deadline Management: Meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and integrity of the content produced.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in multimedia journalism or a similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
  Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  Excellent research and interviewing skills.
  Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
