That’s where you come in; we are looking for a strategic leader that can be a part of the direction and growth of the company but who can also lead by example as a master marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and execution of the company's marketing and communication plans and budget to support the company's sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team on industry, technical and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with executives to develop and execute a marketing strategy.
- Develop sales forecast driven calendar and milestones for tactical deployment of marketing plans.
- Establish a sequence of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Expand marketing and communication efforts beyond traditional methods.
- Meet marketing targets and KPIs on-time and on-budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of advertising and design jargon.
- Expertise in marketing and communication tech-stacks.
- Advanced editorial-style writing and communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify unique marketing opportunities.
