Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's mission, programs, and the new 309 Social Club.
- Create compelling content for various channels including social media, app, website, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Develop organization messaging, as well as plans and campaigns for particular programs, working closely with the program coordinator and other staff.
- Measure, track, and analyze marketing results to inform effective decision-making.
- Ensure that brand identity, messaging, and marketing and communications strategy are infused in all organizational efforts.
- Support the Executive Director in creating persuasive fundraising campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential community partners.
- Engage with club members in programming as a way to create organization messaging.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years relevant professional experience; Bachelor's degree.
- Proven success in marketing and communications, managing multiple projects, and leveraging stakeholder relationships.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; initiative-taker and team player.
- Experienced in community outreach; dynamic, high emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to work some evenings, holidays, and occasional weekends.
