Position Title: Social Media Coordinator

Founded in 2003, Praesum Healthcare provides administrative services for healthcare providers in key geographical locations throughout the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. Praesum currently provides services to behavioral health facilities providing all levels of care from inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse detoxification, through SUD and mental health outpatient clinics.

Social Media Coordinator (Manager) Responsibilities

  1. Film and create new and engaging content for social media platforms
  2. Purchase ads across social media platforms in effort to increase following and engagement
  3. Follow social media pages that are relevant to the business objectives
  4. Communicate with other departments to film, post events, and create more interesting and engaging content for social media platforms
  5. Create YouTube content by producing videos
  6. Create content for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) while staying up to date on current trends and new social media outlets
  7. Work closely with digital marketing leads to design, develop and implement paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  8. Integrate social media with other marketing campaigns
  9. Manage and optimize campaigns
  10. Run A/B tests and improve ROAS
  11. Make strategic recommendations to drive engagement, impressions and awareness
  12. Ensure all platforms align with the company’s brand persona, overall brand strategies and that it is consistent across all channels
  13. Establish key metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of each paid social media program by using tools to track/measure the return on investment
  14. Prepare reports for management as requested with an analysis of campaign results along with any necessary recommendations

Social Media Coordinator (Manager) Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Marketing or Business
  2. Content creation experience
  3. Ability to identify and engage target audiences
  4. Excellent communication abilities
  5. Experience developing and executing paid social media campaigns
  6. Experience across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
  7. Understanding of social media analytical tools and how to apply insights to optimize performance
  8. Experience with Google Analytics and SEO a plus
  9. Experience managing and growing sizable presence across social media platforms for a business with proven results

Full Time

Salary competitive with experience and location
