Job Description
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for coordinating with our agencies to manage content across Treace’s social media channels, and support the scheduling of posts and routing/admin.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. (TMC) social media channels, as well as identifying platforms and tactics to increase digital brand recognition and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of composing and driving social media campaigns across platforms. This candidate should have a passion for social media and have a data-driven mindset. The role will be based at the corporate office in Ponte Vedra, FL.
What you will be doing in the role:
- Assist in review of content and strategy driven by metrics, audience insights, and business goals.
- Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally to help implement the social media strategy.
- Maintain organic and paid social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Responsibilities include posting content, monitoring page activity, making suggested updates, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all channels to align on social media objectives as they relate to channel priorities.
- Monitor the daily campaign optimization efforts to ensure they are achieving the reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Monitor the digital, organic and social media content calendar, with consistent alignment with collaboration across internal and external teams.
- Create and maintain monthly social media reports analyzing performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management; specifically, the direct managing of a paid social budget.
