As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our luxury brand online. You’ll create, manage, and optimize our social media presence to engage our audience and showcase our high-end real estate content. You’ll work closely with our photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure our social media channels reflect our commitment to excellence in luxury real estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, focusing on luxury real estate.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including photos, videos, and posts, for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice and visual style.
  • Appear on camera for live videos, stories, and other social media content as needed.
  • Travel to various locations for on-site content creation and coverage of luxury real estate properties and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the luxury real estate or high-end visual content industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for live and recorded content.
  • Ability to travel as needed for on-site content creation.
  • Valid passport for potential international travel.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
