We are a dynamic husband-and-wife team running several online initiatives, including two YouTube channels, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our online store, where we sell handmade items and offer spiritual coaching.
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant who speaks Spanish to help us maintain a consistent and effective online presence.
This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from me, an expert YouTube growth coach, and to work alongside a passionate and close-knit team. If selected, you’ll gain deep knowledge of social media best practices and how to maximize the impact of your posts. Additionally, there’s the potential to earn additional commissions based on the performance of your posts and generated conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content to boost engagement and sales.
- Repurpose existing content tailored to different platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community interaction.
- Analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Help maintain consistency in online presence and branding.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (English not required).
- Previous experience managing social media accounts, preferably for businesses.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
