The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and expanding Ogden Clinic’s social media presence through innovative, data-driven strategies. This role will focus on crafting engaging content that elevates the brand’s voice and fosters meaningful interactions with the community. You will create and execute dynamic content calendars that highlight our diverse range of medical specialties, and market new providers and practices. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute compelling social media strategies, manage UGC collaborations, and produce impactful video and graphic content. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and industry awareness to optimize Ogden Clinic’s digital footprint across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategy designed to increase brand visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Work with the content team to set measurable KPIs and establish benchmarks for organic and paid campaigns to track growth and ROI.

Campaign Execution

  • Conceptualize and lead the execution of social media campaigns that align with Ogden Clinic’s overarching marketing goals.
  • Incorporate influencer partnerships and collaborations with local health advocates to extend reach and credibility within key demographics.

Content Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality, platform-specific content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), stories, posts, and long-form YouTube videos.
  • Lead content ideation and direction to tell authentic stories, showcase provider expertise, and elevate patient care narratives.
  • Design visually captivating and emotionally resonant content that integrates current social media trends, including memes, challenges, and culturally relevant themes.
  • Develop and oversee video marketing strategy for social platforms, focusing on creating engaging content for short-form and long-form platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, from scheduling shoots, to scripting and shooting, to editing and publishing, ensuring content is optimized for each channel.
  • Leverage video storytelling to highlight key services, new providers, patient success stories, and behind-the-scenes insights.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify actionable insights.
  • Optimize social media strategies by leveraging real-time data, trend analyses, and performance benchmarks to continuously enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Community Management

  • Foster an active and positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing comments and messages across platforms.
  • Build trust and brand loyalty by proactively addressing patient concerns and amplifying positive interactions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends, platform updates, and innovative tools in the social media and healthcare marketing space.
  • Integrate trending formats, hashtags, and viral concepts to keep Ogden Clinic’s content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify, engage, and manage local and industry influencers to amplify brand reach and connect with target audiences.
  • Collaborate on sponsored content and authentic partnerships that align with Ogden Clinic’s values and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Ogden Clinic’s providers, patients, and staff to produce authentic and relatable content that humanizes the brand.
  • Facilitate new provider onboarding by creating impactful social media introductions and highlighting their specialties.
