We're seeking a forward-thinking Social Coordinator with a deep understanding of streetwear and sneaker culture to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team at StockX. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and executing engaging social content that aligns with our brand vision and resonates with our target audience. With a deep understanding of youth culture, including sports, fashion, and music, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand's online identity and driving engagement across platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute engaging social media content (videos, reels, photos) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other StockX platforms.
- Collaborate with our Social and Creative teams to develop and execute a cohesive strategy that aligns with StockX’s brand's vision, creating engaging content that adheres to our brand voice, tone, and social guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest releases in sneakers, broader youth culture, and the specific nuances of current culture.
- Understand the nuances of each platform, tailoring content to maximize engagement on relevant channels.
- Proficient in capturing and editing high-quality video and photo content autonomously using iPhone.
- Stay on top of the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats to create engaging videos.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments authentically and fostering a positive community by initiating conversations and interacting with other brands.
- Collaborate on the execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate in the development of creative briefs for influencers and content creators to develop engaging social media campaigns that align with StockX's brand voice and POV.
- Make requests for social assets and manage the social media calendar in Asana.
- Capture compelling visual content at key events and activations to showcase StockX's brand, partnerships, and culture.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficient in posting, reposting, and engaging with content across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter; comfortable navigating platform-specific features and trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- Organized with strong attention to detail, responsible for maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture, and pop culture.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with a Gen Z and Millennial audience.
- Experience in using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A creative and innovative mindset.
