Hatch is currently looking for a Digital Media Manager with experience working on and in digital advertising campaigns to manage our current clients’ digital campaigns. This position will require tasks associated with various aspects of media buying including paid search management (PPC), paid social media management, display and video ad management, conversion set up and tracking within GTM, GA4 and ad platforms like Google, Meta, Linkedin, and DSPs.

Our office has an open-concept layout with large windows and natural light located in the heart of Valley Junction in West Des Moines. Our team is primarily in-office, and we do have work from home days too. Our fridge and snack bar are always stocked, and occasional baked goods show up frequently in our kitchen. Responsibilities
- Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns including campaign build and execution, ongoing optimization, and reporting
- Internally address questions, communicate campaign progress, proactively identify potential issues and develop client-centric solutions
- Implement bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals and targets
- Perform ongoing campaign analysis to ensure all campaigns deliver in full and are optimized to reach client objectives
- Troubleshoot campaign, creative, and technical issues affecting tracking, implementation, and/or performance
- Developing and enhancing client reporting primarily using Google Looker Studio
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing ad campaigns on Google.
- 1+ year experience working within Google Tag Manager developing events in GA4
- 1+ year experience working on conversion set ups on ad platforms
- Proven success managing multiple campaigns across multiple platforms
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
- Experience in digital reporting software like Google Looker Studio or similar platform(s)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
