Our client is a marketing agency. They seek a Paid Media Manager to join their Long Island City, Queens office.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee a team of cross-functional digital marketing strategists
2. Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels
3. Understand every marketing channel, driving campaign success
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met
5. Work with internal teams to create innovative digital marketing strategies
6. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency
7. Refine and improve internal processes to drive team performance
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
2. Hands-on experience in platform running campaigns
3. Agency experience is highly preferred
4. Background in digital marketing in multiple channels
5. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
6. Able to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams
7. Exceptional client management and communication skills
8. Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with keen attention to detail
9. Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
