Position Overview

The Media Specialist I is responsible for content ingesting and file distribution to internal and external clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Fulfill ingest and distribution requests from outside clients as assigned.
2. Facilitate requests from the company’s Competition and Research & Development departments.
3. Test and provide feedback for workflows implemented by the Production Technology department.
4. Work efficiency evaluation for ingest and delivery workflows.
5. Maintain the Production Network (SAN).
6. On-call rotation for offsite ingestion of race content and system monitoring.
7. Update SharePoint for the company’s Production as content is available for edit.

Travel Required

Some travel may be required.
