Contract Multimedia Designer

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Multimedia Designer in Olathe, KS or Moline, IL

Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Olathe, KS or Moline, IL
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Pay Range: $25hr-$29.57/hr

Work Schedule:
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT Monday - Friday (with flexibility on start time)

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborates closely with creative and content leads as well as copywriters to develop marketing-leading digital, video, and print advertising to support marketing objectives. Designs literature and advertising in accordance with corporate brand guidelines and templates, including image selects, video storyboards, layouts, mockups, and final files. Maintains current product listings across several platforms. Creates web layouts using Figma. Working knowledge of photography and videography workflow, including developing mood boards and storyboards. Ensures work product meets approved company brand standards and guidelines. Completes work on time and with attention to detail.

Top Must Haves:

  1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Bridge), Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing tool.
  2. Solid communication skills and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  3. Project management and remaining focused on deadlines is critical in this fast-paced environment.

  3. Experience with Agile methodology
  4. Experience with Workfront project management system

Required Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in graphic design producing a wide range of advertising and marketing projects demonstrated through your online portfolio.
  2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing tool.
  3. Solid communication skills and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Be a quick learner and a team player.

Travel Required:

10-15%. Travel may be domestic for photo and video shoots or other events, when needed.
