Position Overview: Full-Time On-Air Talent for Your Country 95.5 WTVY

We’re looking for a full-time on-air talent to join the team at Your Country 95.5 WTVY. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the station’s on-air experience, including live shows, content creation, programming, and social media interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host an on-air shift and a production shift.
• Plan and execute content, programming, imaging, and social media for the station.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to develop contests, promotions, and programming that align with the station’s brand, while adhering to FCC regulations, company policies, and laws.
• Partner with the PD, GM, OM, and sales teams to drive market share growth, ratings, audience engagement, and advertiser satisfaction.
• Represent the station at community events, concerts, and public service gatherings to strengthen market presence.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous on-air experience and knowledge of the Country music format and lifestyle.
• Proficiency with NexGen, Adobe Audition, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, leadership, and critical thinking abilities.
