Do you want to be part of the story-planning process from the ground up? Can you work with reporters and photographers to ensure stories are presented in an appealing way? As a photographer with The Herald-Whig, you will join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate brings big ideas and works collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle photo assignments as assigned.
2. Provide copy editors with accurate information.
3. Meet standards for high-quality digital photos.
4. Be proficient in the use of all cameras and associated equipment.
5. Assist editors in the use and display of local photos.
6. Produce quality video for interactive platforms.
7. React to change productively.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in photo planning.
2. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Social media expertise.
