Role Description:

We are looking for an Architectural Photographer who will create high-quality, creative photos and videos using DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals, and other state-of-the-art equipment. Residential renters and homebuyers, as well as commercial real estate owners, investors, and agents, rely on CoStar to provide high-quality media to market their properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.
2. Create compelling exterior media for residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
3. Utilize professional-grade cameras, tilt-shift lenses, drones, gimbals, and 3D tour cameras.
4. Travel may be required up to a week per month.
5. Edit all photography and video in a timely manner.
6. Communicate effectively with clients during all aspects of media shoots.
7. Engage in continued learning and development of your craft.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Demonstrable practical experience as a professional Real Estate Photographer or Architectural Photographer.
2. Portfolio of photos and videos showcasing architectural, real estate, and exterior lifestyle media.
3. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience.
4. Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting.
5. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
6. Experience using MAC OS and MS Office.
7. Experienced Drone Photographer with an FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
8. Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
9. Permanent US work authorization.
10. Must be able to rent a car for company travel and drive for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Enjoys challenges of photographing buildings and neighborhoods.
2. Strong relationship-building skills.
3. Flexible and adaptable with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
4. Experience in commercial drone photography is desirable.
5. Ability to capture and edit beautiful interior and exterior property videos and photography.
