We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented In-House Photographer to join our team in Central New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will specialize in product photography, focusing on apparel, accessories, and stationery for our e-commerce platform and marketing materials. This is a starting position with the ability to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph clothing, bags, and other accessories in a studio setting to produce professional-quality images for e-commerce and marketing purposes.
• Edit/retouch images with quick turnarounds, ensuring attention to detail without changing product colors or people's skin tones.
• Make revisions as needed.
• Follow mood boards and direction.
• Set up lighting, backgrounds, and props to highlight product features and ensure consistency across all images.
• Retouch and edit images to meet the company's quality standards, including color correction and background adjustments.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and merchandising teams to align photography with branding goals.
• Maintain and organize photography equipment and props.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in product photography and recommend improvements to enhance visual appeal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product photography, particularly in fashion or accessories.
• Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color in photography.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of studio equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
