As a Podcast Content Coordinator, you will draw on your editorial strategy and content management skills to support the success of our podcast initiatives. You’ll ensure episodes are effectively staged for publication, oversee internal resources, and maintain governance standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Episode Staging: Oversee the editorial process for podcast episodes, ensuring all metadata, descriptions, and visual assets are polished and ready for publication.
- Content Calendar Coordination: Maintain and optimize the editorial calendar, ensuring effective collaboration with contributors and stakeholders.
- Resource Development: Create and organize learning materials, style guides, and best practices to help teams improve their podcasting skills.
- Editorial Training: Assist in hosting workshops and training sessions on podcast storytelling, branding, and publishing standards. Keep internal resource website updated to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Editorial Governance: Maintain and enforce editorial guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across podcast content.
- Contributor Support: Serve as an editorial resource for podcast contributors, providing guidance and feedback on storytelling and publishing practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with podcasting platforms and tools (e.g., Anchor, Libsyn, Spotify for Podcasters).
- Ability to manage multiple editorial projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) or web publishing.
- Background in content strategy, editorial workflows, or publishing.
- Interest in storytelling and audience engagement.

For part-time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
