We offer a hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The nature of our industry does require us to be flexible with our schedule as there are often times, additional staffing requirements in the early morning, evening, and on weekends are needed for media opportunities, celebrity appearances and events.
Public Relations Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven PR professional who excels in staying organized while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, comfortable working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Two to four years of professional PR experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be Las Vegas based.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic public relations and marketing campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Proactively monitor media coverage and maintain trackers for media placements and pending opportunities.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain strong client and media relationships.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of client work.
- Provide ongoing account management, including composing meeting agendas, event recaps, biographies, press releases, client coverage reports, shot lists, award nominations, celebrity sightings, pitching calendars, conducting research and updating press kits.
- Lead and recap client meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to client brainstorms and team discussions.
- Be deadline-driven, self-motivated, and have strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative work environment, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Pitch, distribute, and secure tailored media placements, creating buzz and securing coverage with key outlets.
- Be a creative storyteller who understands media needs and can craft compelling narratives that resonate with journalists.
- Grow and nurture media relationships, continuously updating and refining targeted media lists.
- Be familiar with or have experience using PR database tools for media outreach.
- Exhibit a flexible, driven, and creative approach to the evolving PR landscape.
- Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills with a strong command of AP Style and the ability to draft compelling copy.
- Research, network and identify partnership opportunities with like-minded brands and community organizations to expand client impact and visibility.
- Plan and execute PR and marketing strategies for red carpet events, celebrity appearances and grand openings.
- Be proficient with Canva and stay ahead of social media trends to support client campaigns.
- Be proficient with social media content creation (Instagram reels).
